Customer Service Executive Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership skills to guide and improve a team.
- Data entry and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge about customer relationship management systems.
- Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics.
- Ability to empathize with customers.
- Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated customers.
- Ability to respect every customer.
- Fast and efficient problem-solving skill
