Customer Service Executive Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to guide and improve a team.
  • Data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge about customer relationship management systems.
  • Knowledge about the best mediation and conflict resolution tactics.
  • Ability to empathize with customers.
  • Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated customers.
  • Ability to respect every customer.
  • Fast and efficient problem-solving skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
