Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Sales Retainers on a commission basis to drive business growth in the NCR regions. The role involves developing institutional and B2B clients, building relationships with industries and service partners, and promoting Rax's range of hydraulic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with industries, workshops, and OEMs using hydraulic systems and components.
  • Promote and sell Rax Hydraulics product range in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing heads, plant managers, and distributors.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to the head office.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams at Jamshedpur for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, hydraulics, or mechanical components.
  • Candidates having experience as Sales Executives / Engineers in hydraulic hoses, fittings, or industrial supplies will be given preference.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
  • Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and local regional language.
  • Strong communication skills and local industry network are essential.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Retainership Fee: Initially ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month for first 12 months – thereafter solely on commissions and Incentives
  • Sales Commission: 3% – 5% on confirmed orders/sales.
