Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the recruitment of high-quality competent professionals. The incumbent will perform all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination, extending offers, and new joiner induction/on-boarding.
Job Responsibilities: The main job responsibilities for this position are as below:
· Involved in end to end Recruitment cycle including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination, extending offers, and new joiner induction/on-boarding.
· Responsible for sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as referrals, jobs portals, press advertisements, etc.
· Short listing potential candidates as per criteria and conducting telephonic and/or personal interview, if required.
· Ability to educate potential candidates about the philosophy and vision of the foundation/ university.
· Effectively communicate the job description of the open position.
· Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
· Generating, updating and managing Candidate database on day-to-day basis.
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates that meet the scope of jobs.
· Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
· Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis.
Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree is must.
· 3 or more years of recruitment experience
· Proficiency in English
· Proficiency in MS-Office
Skills and Attributes:
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with various functions and foster teamwork
· Skills in database management and record keeping
· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
· Excellent organizational skills
