About the Position

We are in search of a committed and outcome-oriented Non-IT Accounts Hiring Specialist with a focus on entry-level recruitment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent for diverse non-IT positions in areas such as finance, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. This role entails close collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Sourcing – Identifying and attracting top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Job Posting and Employer Branding – Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Resume Screening and Candidate Assessment – Conducting initial screenings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating assessments.
Interview Coordination – Scheduling and managing interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless experience.
Candidate Evaluation – Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Understanding job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create precise job descriptions.
Offer Management and Onboarding – Extending offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Recruitment Analytics – Tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to enhance hiring efficiency.

Requirements

Location: Bangalore(Marathahalli)Experience: 6 months to 2 year in recruitment - BPO or sales hiring
Industry: Staffing, BPO, Sales, Telecom, Retailgood communication skills requiredMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass and aboveKnowledge of BPO or field hiring is a plusMust know Kannada languageBulk hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles
