Payable Management

  • Validate Invoices with corresponding purchase orders (POs), thoroughly resolving any discrepancies to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial accounting entry and documentation.
  • Validate vendor compliance adherence to regulations and verify their compliance with recovery obligations if any.
  • Ensure accurate booking of vendor invoices and expedite the release of payments upon thorough verification, maintaining strict adherence to procedural accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure timely clearance of invoices booking and payment receipts to prevent any backlog.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to accounts payable operations, including fraud, duplicate payments, and late fees.

Receivable Management

  • Verify incoming payments and accurately record them in the SAP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Keep the CRM team informed about daily payments received for better coordination and transparency.
  • Verify and record customer TDS entries using the 26 AS system to comply with tax regulations.
  • Review open customer ledger entries in SAP and take necessary actions, such as adjustments or reconciliations, to close them accurately.
  • Scrutinize customer ledgers to identify any discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Provide detailed interest receivable information to the CRM Team and resolve any discrepancies in customer ledger related to interest payments.
  • Evaluate the probability of non-payment for outstanding receivables and establish provisions for bad debts in alignment with estimated credit losses.
  • Generate MIS of collection of maintenance from customers and issuing receipts and sharing with FM.
