Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager, located in Pune. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring top-notch customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing client needs. Conducting regular follow-ups, coordinating with the operations team, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations are also part of the daily tasks. The role requires maintaining accurate records, managing billing and payments, and supporting business development activities.
Qualifications
- Account management and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
