Join us to build AI agents that directly serve millions of users We are hiring for an Algorithm Engineer/Data Scientist in building a Content Moderation System to give users the best experience across different products, i.e., Meme rush, Binance Square, Chatroom, etc.

The role is critical for delivering production-grade AI applications that enhance user experience, automate workflows, and power intelligent user interactions.

Note: 100 PERCENT Work From Home.

• Develop and optimize content safety algorithms across multimodal data (text, image, video, audio, generative content) to detect and prevent violations such as violence, fraud, scams, and misinformation.
• Build scalable and accurate detection models to enhance global content compliance and user trust.
• Drive the adoption of large language models (LLMs) and multimodal models in content moderation, including risk detection, safety alignment, and red teaming.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to deploy algorithms into production and continuously improve precision and recall.
• Design and maintain risk labeling systems and data pipelines to support content safety monitoring, model evaluation, and strategy iteration.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Proven experience in NLP, CV, or multimodal content safety modeling.
• Familiarity with LLM safety, content filtering, or adversarial defense techniques is a strong plus.
• Strong engineering and data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver end-to-end algorithmic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
