Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager located in Mumbai. The Credit Manager will be responsible for assessing and analyzing credit requests, formulating credit policies, evaluating financial data, and making lending decisions. The role includes managing credit risk, maintaining credit-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Credit Manager will also liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless credit disbursement processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills in Credit Assessment and Financial Analysis
  • Experience in Credit Policy Development with industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams .
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and spreadsheets to manage and interpret financial data
  • Knowledge of agricultural finance or experienced.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make accurate, data-driven decisions
