Role Description

The Senior Membership Consultant is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include driving membership sales by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and showcasing the value of VAULT's programs. The consultant will provide exceptional customer service, assist in onboarding new members, and maintain strong communication to ensure client satisfaction. This role also involves contributing to sales strategies and assisting in achieving membership targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Membership Sales and managing membership-related activities
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed membership acquisition goals
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospective and current clients
  • Outstanding Customer Service abilities to ensure member satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Motivation and passion for fitness and wellness are a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
