Role Description

Are you passionate about solving software issues and helping teams thrive? We're looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide expert-level support across:

SaaS-related software (e.g., Base SaaS, SaaS EG, SaaS VA)

Salesforce – user support, issue resolution, config help

Multiple CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, MS Dynamics, etc.)

Leading ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk…)

What you'll do:

Troubleshoot and resolve software support tickets

Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance

Maintain clear documentation and FAQs

Keep users happy and systems running smoothly

Ideal candidate:

2–5 years of relevant support experience

Solid technical knowledge + people skills

Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
