Senior Sap Fico Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in delivering end-to-end finance and controlling solutions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of financial processes, proven leadership in global implementations, and the ability to align SAP solutions with business strategies.
Responsibilities :
Lead SAP FICO design, configuration, and implementation across submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA).
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define blueprints, and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.
Drive project execution, oversee testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Provide strategic advisory on financial planning, consolidation, and compliance.
Mentor junior consultants and manage offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities with process optimizations.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including multiple full-cycle global
implementations.
- Strong expertise in both Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) with deep business process
knowledge.
Proven experience in solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
