Job Purpose
• To conceptualize and lead initiatives by engaging with channel partners so as to generate qualitative leads.
Responsibilities
Key Objective of the Job:
1. Driving Insurance Penetration across all channels
2.HFC compliance related to Insurance business with the regulator w.r.t Filing, Reporting, MIS
3. Reconciliation of business and Fee Income with internal and external stakeholders
4. Ensuring training and SP certification across all channels & locations
5. Managing governance and reconciliation of the business with Insurance Partners & Vendors
6. Driving awareness & educating stakeholders w.r.t to Insurance guidelines, product, policies etc
7. Automation Projects w.r.t to key business processes, reporting, dashboards etc
8. Driving Cross-sell opportunity Insurance Products
Major Deliverables:
1) Insurance Product Management
a. Driving Insurance Penetration across all channels
b. HFC compliance related to Insurance business with the regulator w.r.t Filing, Reporting, MIS
c. Reconciliation of business and Fee Income with internal and external stakeholders
d. Ensuring training and SP certification across all channels & locations

2) Automation Projects
a. Report Automation on Tableau & Data Lake
b. Automation of all manual processes to Automated process
3) Cross-sell Campaigns
a. Exploring newer opportunities to generate revenue through Cross-Sell
b. Campaigns on expired policies, renewal campaign, new OTC product Campaign
