Change Request Management Specialist

- Lead the end-to-end Change Request Management (CRM) process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
- Evaluate change requests for completeness, impact, risk, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, etc.
- Maintain and update the Change Management Register and documentation.
- Monitor and report on the status of change requests, KPIs, and trends.
- Ensure post-implementation reviews are conducted and lessons learned are documented.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and evidence. Continuously improve the change management process and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in Pharma.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, or PMI frameworks.
- Experience with change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in GxP or validated environments.
- F amiliarity with SAP, Workday. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
