Job Title: Sales Manager – Fashion House (Female)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to join our fashion house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Handle in-store operations, merchandising, and display management.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Stay updated with current fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the production and merchandising teams.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for fashion and retail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary: 15,000- 40,000
