Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant with hands-on knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in PNR creation, modifications, cancellations, and fare rules. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and manage PNRs using Amadeus and Sabre
  • Handle international air bookings
  • Resolve customer queries related to reservations, fares, and itinerary changes
  • Manage reissues, cancellations, refunds, and date changes
  • Maintain excellent customer service across all communication channels
  • Ensure compliance with airline and travel policies
  • Work in rotational shifts and follow rotational week-offs schedule

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel domain
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus and Sabre GDS
  • Strong understanding of PNR handling and fare construction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Should be an immediate joiner
