Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management: Find and qualify new suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.

Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and support new product introduction.

Risk Mitigation: Develop and execute strategies to address supply chain risks like component shortages and obsolescence.

Quality Assurance: Partner with quality teams to ensure all procured materials meet required standards and specifications.

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

Proven experience of 8-12 years in sourcing or procurement for electronics and electrical commodities.

Strong knowledge of electronics components and electrical systems.

Proficiency in ERP systems and strong negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills.
