Engineering Manager-

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Engineering Manager
with 2–5 years of experience to manage and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver project outcomes.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
