Role Description
- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers and sales teams, ensuring our solutions meet diverse client needs.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities, develop sales strategies, and support deal closure.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our logistics services, including technical specifications and industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Logistics Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics or a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales or technical sales roles, with excellent
communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
- quickly analyse complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
