Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly professional Female Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily salon operations, elevate client experiences, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for luxury service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily salon operations ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain a professional, luxury client experience.
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
  • Track performance metrics, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with management on business strategies, promotions, and client engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve client feedback professionally, maintaining premium service reputation.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury salon operations or high-end hospitality.
  • Minimum height 5'7".
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of salon services and client management.
  • Proven experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to maintain luxury service standards under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with premium salon brands.
  • Expertise in client retention, marketing initiatives, and multiple branch management.
