Job Description

Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

 Collaborate with various departments, including factory/plants, to ensure invoices are processed and approved correctly.

 Accurately report and reconcile daily bank entries, ensuring all discrepancies are promptly addressed.

 Evaluate and reconcile financial operations by inspecting and verifying source documents, including invoices and expense vouchers, to ensure commitments are met and accurate records are maintained.

 Organize and maintain source documents, files, and other accounting-related information in an orderly and accessible manner.

 Provide daily financial reports to the Head of Finance, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

 Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance to support the overall financial operations of the company.
