DESIGNATION - Data & Performance Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Department: Operations Analytics / Business Intelligence

Reports To: CEO

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Performance Analyst who has a passion for numbers, analytics, and insights. The role involves analyzing operational and GPS data to understand performance trends such as productivity variations, working hours vs. earnings, and route efficiency. The ideal candidate will convert complex datasets into actionable insights that help improve overall business and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources including GPS tracking systems, work logs, and financial reports.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards/reports to monitor them.
  • Analyze variations in worker productivity — for example, why some earn more in fewer hours compared to others.
  • Create data visualizations and performance comparison charts for management review.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the operations and management team to develop analytical models and strategies.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and security of all analytics data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Statistical Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Ability to interpret and visualize GPS/location data (experience with mapping tools like Google Maps API, ArcGIS, or QGIS is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and correlation analysis.
  • Excellent communication and report presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations analytics, logistics, or performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with gig-economy or delivery/courier workforce data.
