Job description
Looking to onboard a skilled Bar Tender with 1-2years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and excellent customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on new menu items and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Tender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- A high level of attention to detail is needed to maintain quality and accuracy in work.
