Job Title: Software Trainer – C, C++, Java & Web Development

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Software Trainer/Teacher with strong expertise in C, C++, Java, and Web Development to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs. The ideal candidate will have both practical industry experience and excellent teaching skills, capable of guiding learners through foundational and advanced programming concepts, project development, and real-world application of modern software technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on C, C++, Java, and Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks).
• Teach students or professionals the principles of software development, coding best practices, debugging, and application design.
• Demonstrate real-world examples and projects to enhance learner understanding and engagement.
• Adapt training methods and materials to suit diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.

2. Curriculum Design & Development

• Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training modules, lesson plans, and lab exercises.
• Develop hands-on projects and coding challenges to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Incorporate the latest industry trends, tools, and practices into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the academic or corporate training team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

• Evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and project assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to help learners improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance.

4. Technical Guidance & Support

• Mentor students in implementing software solutions and completing capstone projects.
• Offer career guidance on software development roles and emerging technologies.
• Assist in preparing students for certifications, technical interviews, and internships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience as a Software Developer or Technical Trainer in C, C++, Java, and Web Development will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React, Angular, or
• Familiarity with backend concepts, APIs, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics and explain them effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with training management systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Certification in Java (Oracle Certified), Web Development, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of Python, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure), or DevOps tools is an advantage.
• Experience designing corporate training programs or academic curricula.
