Role Overview

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager Intern
to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to develop skills in project management, client communication, and cross-functional coordination in a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Coordinate between developers, designers, QA teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, timelines, and reports.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Participate in client meetings and internal stand-ups to capture updates and follow-ups.
  • Support risk identification and problem-solving during project execution.
  • Learn and use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of
    software development processes
    and
    SDLC

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of technical concepts like APIs, databases, or web technologies.
  • Exposure to wireframing or documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Miro).
  • Experience in handling academic or personal tech projects.
