About the Role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for shaping Blossom Stays digital presence, driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and engaging our resident community. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with occupancy goals and property updates.

Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and campaigns that resonate with students and young professionals.

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Community Engagement

Respond to inquiries, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.

Build online engagement and manage the digital brand reputation.

Support internal teams (Ops, Sales) by communicating essential information to the audience.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.

Share weekly/monthly performance reports.

Optimize content strategy based on data insights.

Brand Growth & Collaborations

Identify and onboard student ambassadors, influencers, and micro-creators.

Manage paid promotions and ads in coordination with leadership.

Cross-team Coordination

Work closely with Sales for promotions based on occupancy.

Coordinate with Operations for property updates, events, and announcements.

Support HR in employer branding and team culture posts.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

Creative storytelling and basic video editing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Strong communication and copywriting skills.
