We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to handle our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strategies, creating engaging content, managing communities, and tracking performance to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and oversee engaging, high-quality, and shareable content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and build strong brand loyalty.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithm changes.
