We are looking fora Team Lead – Operations with strongleadership and process management skills to manage our BGV operations team.KeyResponsibilities: •     TeamManagement: Lead and mentor a team of BGVexecutives to ensure productivity and quality standards.•     ProcessManagement: Oversee end -to -end backgroundverification operations, including data collection, validation, and reporting.•     ClientCoordination: Collaborate with clients tounderstand requirements, provide timely updates, and resolve escalations.•     Quality& Compliance: Ensure adherence to companypolicies, SLAs, and compliance regulations.•     PerformanceMonitoring: Track team performance, preparedaily/weekly reports, and drive process improvements.•     Training& Development: Conduct training sessions toenhance team skills and knowledge.•     Cross -functionalCollaboration: Coordinate with sales, customersuccess, and technology teams for seamless operations. RequirementsSkills& Qualifications: •     Minimum 5+ years of experience in BGV Services or HROperations with at least 2+ years in a teamlead role.•     Strong leadership, peoplemanagement, and problem -solving skills.•     Excellent communication andclient relationship management abilities.•     Proficiency in MS Office andfamiliarity with BGV tools/software preferred.•     Ability to handle tightdeadlines and deliver consistent results.
