Ready to build the demand generation machine that makes enterprise buyers think, "Finally, someone who understands our unique challenges"?As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll architect multi-channel distribution engines that turn industry expertise into high-converting enterprise campaigns. You're not running generic email blasts—you're orchestrating sophisticated demand generation plays across paid, email, events, and direct mail that consistently convert target accounts into qualified pipeline.Working within our agile team, you'll architect the complete revenue engine: audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, account activation, and conversion acceleration.
Transform market insights into precision-targeted campaigns that activate high-value target accounts across multiple touchpoints and convert sustained engagement into booked meetings and measurable pipeline contribution.
What you'll do
Run multi-channel programs (email, paid, direct mail, webinars, events, social) with tight cadences and weekly iteration cycles that compound results.
Stand up repeatable frameworks for 1-few and 1-many plays with battle-tested playbooks, templates, and BDR SLAs that scale.
Partner with BDRs on precision targeting, conversion sequences, and meeting quality—close the feedback loop on message-market fit with real data.
Run events (virtual/field) and tradeshows: full-cycle ownership from acquisition through logistics, enablement, and post-event pipeline attribution.
Own vertical messaging and offer adaptation: Translate complex product capabilities into industry-specific narratives that resonate; maintain dynamic personas and pain maps that drive conversion.
Ship fast experiments: Test vertical messaging, account-based offers, personalized creatives, engagement triggers—scale what drives target account conversions and pivot quickly from what doesn't.
Have 3–5 years in growth/demand gen/integrated marketing/ABM with a proven track record of consistently converting enterprise target accounts into substantial pipeline.
Are a distribution operator who builds sophisticated audiences, architects marketing automations, launches multi-channel campaigns, and interprets performance dashboards independently—no hand-holding required.
Are fluent in MAPs and CRMs (HubSpot experience preferred), and advertising/intent platforms; comfortable with enrichment tools, routing logic, and attribution modeling that actually works.
Can derive compelling industry messaging from technical product capabilities and write crisp, conversion-optimized copy for ads, emails, and landing pages that enterprise buyers actually click.
Can partner closely with sales, product marketing, and operations teams; you excel at building alignment and driving collective success through tight collaboration.
Move at startup velocity: test → learn → scale; you turn hypotheses into repeatable playbooks faster than most people turn ideas into PowerPoints.
