We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect & Interior Designer to join our dynamic Design and Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural and interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring creativity, functionality, and alignment with client requirements and brand vision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Create 3D visualizations, renders, and material boards for presentations.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture in line with design themes.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and provide on-site guidance.
  • Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
