Junior Accounts Executive

The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, and assisting in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Maintain ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
- Support senior team members with ad hoc finance-related tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
