Job Description- Sales Manager

Reporting Location- Ghatkopar East

Industry/Product- Luxury Real Estate

Position Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing and self-motivated Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts for a luxury second home project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving site visits, managing client relationships, closing high-value deals, and coordinating with virtual and on-ground teams. This is a high-ownership role best suited for candidates with experience in high-ticket real estate or luxury product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads through personalized engagement and follow-ups.
  • Conduct physical and virtual walkthroughs of the project using visual tools, renders, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving bookings and collections.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to track lead quality and conversion funnels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the project, pricing, payment plans, competition, and location advantages.
  • Build strong relationships with HNI clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Represent the project at property expos, events, and private previews.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through a consultative sales approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of proven sales experience in real estate, luxury products, or HNI client servicing.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
