The Role

We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Executive
to join our Hyderabad office and manage end-to-end hiring for our teams in both
India and the UK
.

You'll own the recruitment process from sourcing and outreach to interviews and on-boarding while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

You'll work closely with department heads across design, operations, logistics, and product management, helping us attract talented professionals who match our culture of
mastery, creation, and momentum.

What You'll Do

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for roles across India and the UK.
  • Source candidates via
    LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri
    , and other platforms.
  • Write and publish
    engaging job posts
    aligned with our employer brand.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate shortlists.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accurate
    candidate data and pipelines
    in internal trackers or ATS.
  • Represent
    JFA Medical
    with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
    , preferably with international or multi-location hiring exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Naukri portals
    .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and build relationships across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    HR, Business, or a related field
    .
