We have an urgent opening for the position of Branch Manager in Agency Channel for leading Life Insurance company.

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle a team of ADMs.
  • Recruiting the team of ADMs and building the FC and Agency managers
  • Responsible for the productivity of ADM, handhold the ADM in the early stages
  • Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team. Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) Relationship Management o Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal & external)
  • Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives & results. o Develop & implement initiatives to motivate & retain high performing talent. Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms. o Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council
  • Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min. 6 Years of experience in Life Insurance is Mandatory
  • Team Handling experience Required
  • Agency Channel experience must
