Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jewelry Sketch Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring our vision to life by creating original, high-quality sketches for fine and fashion jewelry collections. Your sketches will serve as the foundation for new product development and manufacturing, blending artistry with an understanding of current trends, materials, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed, hand-drawn or digital sketches of rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry pieces
  • Translate conceptual ideas and mood boards into clear and accurate designs
  • Work closely with the design and production team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing
  • Revise sketches based on feedback and technical requirements
  • Stay up to date with global jewelry trends, materials, and design techniques
  • Ensure each sketch aligns with brand aesthetics and target customer preferences
  • Present collections and design ideas clearly through sketches and notes

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in jewelry design, with a strong portfolio of sketches (hand-drawn or digital)
  • Strong artistic ability with an eye for detail, proportion, and style
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or CAD tools is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of gemstones, settings, and jewelry-making processes
  • Creativity, originality, and an ability to think in both artistic and commercial terms
  • Good communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback
  • Degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred but not required)
