Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Lead, located in Pune. The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance procedures, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role involves supervising quality management operations, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting quality audits to identify and resolve issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement processes will also be critical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Expertise in Quality Auditing and conducting detailed inspections
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead a team with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in quality control leadership roles is preferred
