We're looking for a
Senior Creative Designer
at Superbottoms who can go beyond execution and truly conceptualize brand-first, performance-driven campaigns that live across digital, social, and video-first platforms. Someone who brings fresh creative energy, deep social insight, and AI-forward thinking to the table.

This isn't just about pretty posts. This is about creative storytelling, campaign ideation, content experimentation, and trend-responsiveness—backed by solid design chops.


What you'll do :

  • Own campaign ideation: From new product launches to everyday parenting moments, you'll conceptualize and execute integrated social campaigns that drive brand love & performance
  • Design for performance: Create thumb-stopping, conversion-oriented creatives for Meta, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
  • Lead from the front: Guide junior designers, freelancers, and partner agencies with clear briefs, feedback loops, and visual direction.
  • AI & Automation in Design: Bring experimentation and efficiency using tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Figma AI, InVideo, and Stable Diffusion.
  • Build long-term systems: Develop design playbooks, brand guides, and templates for consistency & scale.
  • Explore platform-native formats: Reels, memes, carousels, packaging, UGC-style edits — you'll know what works where and why.
  • Stay plugged in: Spot and leverage cultural & digital trends to keep the brand vibrant and relevant.

What we are looking for :

  • 6–8 years of experience in creative design, especially for D2C brands or companies.
  • A strong portfolio across branding, motion, packaging, campaigns, and social storytelling — please share it upfront.
  • Ability to balance storytelling with results — thinking in hooks, CTAs, trends, and scroll behavior.
  • Hands-on expertise in design and motion tools: Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, etc.
  • Proven track record of working with AI tools for design & content generation.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams, founders, and external partners.
  • Clear, constructive feedback style and ability to mentor juniors & freelance teams.
