The center of alfanars industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanars facilities.

The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job Purpose

This position exists to take full responsibility for monitoring site contractor activities by optimum resources at efficient cost. Deliver as per company quality standards. Manage the risks and opportunities to bring the subsections to a further step.

Key Accountability Areas

• Thorough knowledge and experience in the installation of LV electrical, lighting control, fire alarm & voice evacuation, PA/BGM, BMS & controls, Telephone/Data, Central battery Emergency lighting, MATV, security, structured cabling, earthing & Lightning protection systems.
• Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by Technicians and Service Partners.
• Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation.
• Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage, fixtures instructions, using measuring instruments such as rulers and measuring tape.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and involvement in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.
• Provide skilled journey-level work and supervision in the installation, replacement, adjustment, and repair to maintain reliable and functionally efficient operations of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Retain familiarity and knowledge of various valves, pumps, air controls and handling units, coils, compressors, condensers, pipes, pneumatic and electrical controls, pressure gauges, sliding door.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the work of MEP activities, air conditioning, and refrigeration technicians, work crews, and for carrying out skilled tasks in accordance with best practices.
• Ability to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretations.
• Inspect, diagnose malfunctions, and make field repairs to electrical equipment.
• Design, install, repair, maintain, test, and construct varied electronic sub-assemblies found in municipal facilities; and calibrate level, pressure, and flow telemetry.
• Install and maintain control and protection panels used to operate electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
• Record data, indicate equipment status, and activate supervisory control; maintain and repair automatic control valves and associated control functions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated costs; prepare diagrams and complete requisitions for required parts and equipment.
• Determine work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through the review of work orders, plans, or drawings.
• Report project progress to superiors.
• Develop a work schedule for workers.
• Supervise all construction workers.
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors.
• Solve disputes between workers.
• Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.
• Assign tasks to construction workers.

Academic Qualification

• Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute or any relevant field.
