Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will work closely with the Bank's Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Telecaller team. VRM Telecallers will generate leads from existing bank customers (3–4 qualified leads per day), which will be shared with the BSLI sales team. The Relationship Manager is responsible for personally meeting these leads, presenting BSLI products, and converting them into successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Bank VRM Telecallers to receive daily leads from existing customers.
Personally visit and meet prospects generated through VRM calls.
Present, explain, and promote BSLI products to potential customers.
Ensure maximum lead conversion by providing need-based solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VRM Telecallers to maximize the daily lead flow.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
Update sales trackers and report progress to the BSLI team.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance / Health Insurance / BFSI / Banking sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Self-motivated with a sales-driven attitude.
Age: Up to 30 Years (preferred).
