Job Summary:As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and a proven track record of successful campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Drive website traffic and engagement through effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create compelling and engaging digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing campaign performance to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and keyword research tools.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
