  • Handle purchase of construction materials and consumables.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Maintain purchase records, agreements, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Diploma in Civil / MBA in Supply in Civil).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in purchase/procurement in the construction industry (preferably with builders).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
