Staff Software Engineer UI Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff UI Developer with 10–13 years of hands-on expertise in Angular UI development and UI framework design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end application development, including backend and database integration. This role demands a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with global teams, mentor peers, and lead by example to drive UI excellence across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components using Angular (latest versions).
• Architect and implement reusable UI frameworks and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize UI performance and maintain high code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Integrate UI with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership, driving initiatives, and bringing the team along towards common goals.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
• Deep expertise in Angular architecture, components, services, RxJS, and state management (e.g., NgRx).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing UI frameworks and reusable components.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration.
• Good understanding of backend technologies (e.g., , Java, .NET) and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a global team environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Thorough understand of UI Test Automation
