Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in developing and testing inverter and charger PCBs for high-power applications (up to 50 kVA class). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics, MCU programming, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop inverter and charger PCBs, including component selection, schematic design, and BOM management

  • Program MCUs (STM32/TI C2000/PIC) for inverter and charger logic, including charging algorithms and grid synchronization

  • Test and validate inverter and charger PCBs, including functional tests and safety tests

  • Maintain test reports and validation records, ensuring compliance with IS/IEC standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for thermal management, component sourcing, and production scaling

Required Skills & Knowledge:- Strong background in power electronics (DC-DC, DC-AC, PFC, SMPS)

  • Hands-on experience with MCU programming (C/Embedded C, TI/STM32 platforms)

  • Knowledge of IGBT/MOSFET driver circuits, snubbers, EMI filters

  • Experience with testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, electronic loads)

  • Understanding of battery charging profiles (Li-ion, LFP, Lead-acid)

  • Familiarity with IS/IEC/UL standards for inverters and chargers

Qualification:- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics

  • 2-5 years of experience in inverter/charger design preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
