Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop the service team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • AMC & Preventive Maintenance: Plan and manage AMC and PM service schedules as per client contracts for kitchens
  • Service Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate service reports, records, and documentation in line with client requirements.
  • Client Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients at the site, taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address and resolve technical issues related to products.
  • Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses related to equipment repairs, maintenance, and spare parts to maximise profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory for spare parts and accessories across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Training Development: Create and implement training programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial kitchen equipments (hot cooking, refrigeration, cold rooms)

Skills we're looking for:

  • Proven experience with KEC/managing service operations for commercial kitchen equipment
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipments, spares, and planning AMCs
  • Good knowledge to read & understand kitchen layout
  • Proven ability to lead a team of service engineers with a background in after-sales service
  • Relevant experience with reputed QSR or hotel chains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
