Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and scope.

Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.

  1. Assist in tendering and procurement processes, including evaluating subcontractor bids and negotiating contracts.

  2. Monitor and track project costs, budget variances, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.

  3. Prepare interim payment applications, certifications, and invoices.

  4. Evaluate and manage variations, change orders, and claims.

  5. Assist in final account settlement and project closeout.

  6. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and clients.

  7. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, codes, and standards.

  8. Maintain proper documentation and records related to cost and quantity management.
