Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Solan. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Relevant experience in retail management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
