Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture partnerships with employers to uncover suitable career opportunities for program graduates.

Manage the full placement cycle—from the first employer interaction through to confirmed job offers for graduates.

Guide graduates in job readiness activities such as resume enhancement, interview preparation, and professional presentation.

Coordinate with the admissions department to ensure a smooth progression from course completion to employment placement.

Monitor labor market trends and emerging industry needs to help align graduate skills with employer expectations.

Maintain accurate records of placement outcomes and prepare regular progress updates for leadership review.

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and spoken.

Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with keen attention to accuracy.

Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and in a collaborative environment.

Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships with students and employers alike.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Prior experience in career counseling, placement coordination, or employment services within an educational context.

Understanding of current job market dynamics and employer expectations.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other major recruitment or job listing platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,500.00 per month
