Job Responsibilities
:
- Identify Tender Opportunities:
Research and identify relevant tender opportunities for company products across government institutions and corporate hospitals. - Bid & Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and submit well-structured bids and proposals without error for government institutions and corporate hospitals across India. - Timely Submissions:
Ensure prompt submission of bids through e-procurement portals, including the Indian Railways (IREPS) and other Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). - Rate Contract Tenders:
Assist in preparing bids for Rate Contract tender inquiries from State and Central Government procurement agencies. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for bid submissions. - RFQ Preparation:
Prepare and submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for corporate hospitals within the stipulated timelines. - Bid Tracker Maintenance:
Maintain and regularly update a tracker for bid submissions, monitoring progress and outcomes. - Sales Team Support:
Assist the sales team by addressing queries and provide relevant information and solutions. 
Skills required
- Understanding of Procurement Processes : Knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures of Medicines in government institutions and private hospitals
 - Attention to Detail : Ability to meticulously prepare and review bids and proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
 - Time Management : Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines and managing time effectively.
 - MS Office Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for document preparation, data compilation and analysis.
