Role Overview

The Senior Associate Product Engineer will contribute to building modern web applications and collaborate with product/design teams to deliver efficient solutions using MERN best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain web apps with ReactJS, , , and MongoDB.

· Implement responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

· Collaborate with senior developers and product owner team for UI/UX requirements.

· Write clean, maintainable code, conduct unit tests, and troubleshoot issues.

· Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

· Learn and apply new tech trends including REST API integration, microservices, and real-time features.

· Participate in code reviews and continuous learning.

Qualifications

· 2–3 years' experience developing MERN stack applications.

· Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

· Experience with Git and version control.

· Basic understanding of REST APIs, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.

· Good communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Redux, authentication practices (JWT), and application optimization.

· Familiarity with build tools (Gulp/Grunt), real-time features, and cloud deployment.
