We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure platform team . This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee the cloud resiliency backlog, taking ownership of the team's Jira board and ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively.
  • Manage first-line support requests from development teams, helping to triage and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Coordinate closely with UK-based engineers to align on standards, tooling, and operational goals.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure that platform services are maintainable and support long-term operational health.
  • Monitor system performance and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor and grow a team of cloud engineers in India.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure leadership roles.
  • 7-9 years of total work experience required
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
  • Stong understanding and experience of Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Commitment to secure-by-design principles and operational excellence.
