Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE to join our TECHNOLOGY SERVICES GROUP team. This role is located in CHENNAI.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Mastery in IAM components such as centralized authentication platform, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management
  • Thorough understanding of Identity Lifecycle particularly with privileged accounts
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and full understanding of configuration settings for maintaining efficient and secure systems
  • Strong motivation to analyze and improve infrastructure to optimize performance and security.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level support of business-critical services.
  • Excellent Linux and Windows operating system knowledge
  • Automation experience with Ansible play books and programming languages like Java, Perl, Python or PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure
